Firstly Abi and Tom’s wedding was the epitome of fun. The day was one big epic beach party filled with laughter and dancing. The wedding was held at Tunnels Beaches, a wedding venue set amongst the cliffs of Devon. The ceremony location overlooked the ocean and was quite simply breathtaking. It was quite special to witness Abi and Tom dedicate their lives to one another against a soundscape of waves crashing against the cliffside rocks.
As I stood in the mouth of tunnels beaches sun drenched cove looking out to the ocean, free beer in hand, belting sax solos echoing around me, I realised how lucky I am to do my job. I am currently enjoying a winter break and this feels like a great opportunity to take stock and thank all of my wonderful couples. You have filled my weekends with joy, made me laugh, made me cry, ensured that each time I go ‘to work’ I do it with genuine anticipation and excitement for the day ahead.
