Bordeaux is one of my favourite wedding destinations, so from the moment Beth and Alex asked me to fly out and capture their wedding I was excited to get to work. Their wedding took place at Chateau Gassies, a breathtakingly beautiful venue that oozes class and provides a stunning backdrop to a wedding day.
Beth and Alex spread their celebration across three days, with welcome drinks on the first evening, the wedding itself on the second and a wild pool party to round things off. I was of course there to capture it all and thoroughly enjoyed my time with the couple and their guests.
A first for me at this wedding, I actually edited a teaser for the couple the morning after the wedding and showed them in person. This was such a special moment and an idea I hope to take forward to all of my future destination weddings.
